The young fruits are harvested from May to June and then dried under the sun or by low-temperature drying to extract the active ingredients. The main component is Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone (NHDC), with a purity of \u226598% (HPLC detection).<\/p>\n<p>Citrus Aurantium Extract, spec.:98% NHDC is a high-intensity sweetener: its sweetness is 1500-2000 times that of sucrose, with low calories (about 0.2 kcal\/g), making it suitable for food for diabetic and obese patients. In addition, it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, metabolic improvement, and liver protection effects.
